Compassion
We'll practice self-compassion techniques to nurture and soothe the wounded parts of yourself, offering understanding and acceptance where it's needed most.
Reparenting
Become the compassionate caregiver your inner self has lacked. Together we'll reframe negative self-talk and replace it with words of encouragement, kindness, and validation.
Release
We'll explore techniques for releasing pent up emotions. You will give yourself permission to feel and express these emotions in a safe and supportive environment, you'll facilitate the healing process and create space for new growth.
Empowerment
We will integrate the insights and healing experiences gained throughout our work together into your daily life. You'll learn practical strategies for self-care, boundary-setting, assertive communication and empowerment.
